All too often, I hear that people do not feel understood by their therapist.  There are many phrases: "therapy didn't help", “my therapist couldn't relate to me”, or "that they just don't get it".

I want to make therapy more accessible to those that think "therapy isn't for them". My mission is to use honest conversations to help men develop resilience.  There's no magic, mumbo-jumbo, or quick fixes.
